(1) Various compensating wires can only be used with corresponding types of thermocouples, that is, the thermoelectric characteristics of various thermocouples and the compensating wires used must be the same within the specified temperature (O100 degree ) range.
(2) The temperature of the compensation wire and the connection point of the thermocouple shall not exceed the specified operating temperature.
(3) When the compensation wire is connected with the thermocouple and the instrument, the positive and negative poles cannot be wrongly connected, and the two pairs of connection points should be at the same temperature.
(4) The wire diameter of the compensation wire should be selected according to the line resistance requirements of the instrument.
